WATCH: Sugary drinks increase cancer risk by 78%

A new study out of the University of South Carolina has found that drinking just one sugary drink a day has been linked to increased chances of getting liver cancer. The risk could be as high as 78 per cent, researchers say.

The Sun reports that the study analysed data from 90,000 women who took part in the Women’s Health Initiative, a long-term study that begun in the 90s.
