I’m a 25-year-old woman who’s in a relationship with a 30-year-old guy. He treats me well but hardly spends time with me on weekends.
I have since become close to his younger brother, who is my age.
I also find him attractive.

Being attracted to someone does not necessarily mean you need to date them. Put yourself in your boyfriend’s shoes and ask yourself how you would feel if the tables were turned. Having multiple partners is betrayal and when it involves family, it’s even worse.
Avoid creating unnecessary conflict between them and stick to your partner. Let your boyfriend know how you feel about him being absent on weekends.
Rather ask him to spend more time with you than take decisions that will have serious consequences. All the best!
