I started dated my girlfriend when she was five months pregnant.
I’ve been there for her and the child from birth until now. The child is now two years old. I recently discovered she’s cheating on me with the baby daddy. I feel so hurt and want to hurt her back. Am I not man enough?

Loving someone who disappoints and hurts you can be discouraging and painful. Your girlfriend clearly doesn’t appreciate you and your support. Don’t hold yourself responsible for the actions of others. You are not the reason why she’s cheating on you but she made that choice by herself. Learn to put your mental and physical health first.
Revenge might seem like a solution but all it will bring you is bitterness and a lack of progress.
You deserve to be loved, respected and cared for like you do to your partner. All the best!
