Z inziswa Mayekiso, better known on social media as “Issa goddess”, blew up because of her YouTube show called “Gram with Zinzy”.
This is a reality show based on a girl who is trying to figure out what she wants to be in life.
Zinziswa started working with big brands and getting paid to create digital content on social media in 2018.
The 26-year-old mother of two is known for her stylish looks, hence she’s been nominated for the Best Influencer of the Year award at the South African Social Media Awards (SASMA). This comes after SASMA hosted a nomination event last Friday, 7 October.

Zinziswa is excited about this, because it’s her first nomination.
Although she enjoys being a social media influencer, she admits to the challenges that come with the title.
She explained that it’s not easy to be a mum influencer, but she’s grateful to have a supportive family and a childminder who helps her with her kids.
“The only thing that I genuinely don’t like about being an influencer is that your life is public.
“This means that you get to be criticised or judged by people who don’t know the full story.
“Now I know what to post and what not to.
“I’ve had to learn the hard way, especially with my public relationships,” she said.

Zinziswa is working on her own fashion line. and doesn’t want to focus only on social media.
“I can’t wait to see what God has in store for me.
“We might have plans, but God has bigger ones for us.
“I never thought I’d be where I am right now. It’s all because of the Lord,” she said.
