SINGER Zandie Khumalo has revealed that she has her husband’s support with regards to her expected testimony in the Senzo Meyiwa murder case.
She said she received a call from the police, who wanted her to testify in Senzo’s case, who was killed in 2014.
Zandie was among people who were present when the shooting that killed Senzo took place in her mothers’s house in Vosloorus.
Taking to Instagram, she said she was at peace after her husband, Mhlo Gumede, calmed her down when she told him about the call.

“I said to him, ‘brigadier so and so called, they want to come to the house on Thursday and consult with me because they want me to testify on the case’. He calmly said ‘abeze phela’, and suddenly I was at peace. Thank you myeni wami (my husband) for everything. You are really my source of strength,” wrote Zandie.
She added that her husband was calm, and told her not to worry.

So far, the court has heard the testimony of Senzo’s childhood friend, Tumelo Madlala.
