MAKGWALE Mogaladi has written a book about nyaope.

The 35-year-old from Doornlaagte Village near Marble Hall in Limpopo said she wrote about nyaope because it ruins the lives of young people.

Makgwale said she feels sorry for those who are already addicted to drugs.

She said the reason she wrote the book Gone Are Those Days Now Nyaope is because life is hard, and we should not live a sad life because of the background or what we have experienced.

"We live to lead by example and what is important is to lead by example," Makgwale said.

Regarding the book, published on Monday, 21 August, she said it will have an impact on lives and even on addicts.

She said she has many books waiting to be published.
