FAMILY, friends and fans will gather in Mabopane, Tshwane, tomorrow, 2 February, to celebrate the life of Vusi Ma R5.
The 34-year-old, whose real name is Itumeleng Mosoeu, was gunned down on Monday, 30 January.
He was known for his much- loved Bacardi songs, Tse Nnyane and Thaba (Ke Changitse).
He was also known for producing talent from ekasi such as Phindi Maphendula and Matenas and Nelly Mawaza.
Many of his dancers and artists took to social media to share heart-warming tributes.

Dr Malinga wrote: “Rest in peace, Ma R5. King of Barcadi.”
Vusi’s dancer, Jelly Babie, wrote: “Rest in peace, Daddy Ma R5.
“I am what I am because of you.
“I don’t think I will ever heal, guys.
“You taught me how to believe in myself.
“I wish someone can just wake me up from this horrible dream.”
