AWARD-winning gospel artist and Ukhozi FM presenter Phindi P will release an EP dedicated to women.
She is dropping it on Women's Day, 9 August.
The I Believe EP includes songs that were recorded live in October 2022.
This EP also includes the shooting of a DVD, which became a powerful worship event that left most people calling for more of Phindi P's music.
Phindi P told Daily Sun that she's building on the success of her latest single called Ngobambelela, released in March 2023.
“I was encouraged by the warm reception I received during the church tour to Joburg, Durban and Mpumalanga. In particular, women were just crying their hearts out for their situation and asking for the word to encourage them and help them heal from hardship and abuse.

"As a woman, I could feel their plight and wanted to add my voice on Women's Day. This is to inspire them, to encourage them to hold on and to keep the faith," she said.
The project is a mix of contemporary and traditional songs.
Phidi P said she worked with artists such as Dumi Mkokstad, Dr Tumi and Lungelo Hlongwane on the EP.
“The recording of these songs was such an atmosphere that I hope listeners will enjoy the music and tap into that atmosphere of God’s presence. We were really blessed on that day, and I look forward to sharing the music," she said.
The EP will be released on digital platforms.
