ARTIST, Nkazimulo 'TNS' Ngema is on the verge of killing himself.

The shocking news was announced on Monday evening by TNS on his Facebook page.

He wrote: "Before ngizibulale ngizokhipha ingoma yokugcina ithi Kubi." Loosely translated as, "Before I kill myself I am going to release my last song titled Kubi (It's bad)."

Their posts shocked their industry friends and fans.

Thousands of TNS fans started begging him not to kill himself.

Ayanda Memela wrote:"And what's the reason for you to want to end your life? Whatever it is, you'll make it through, face it and deal with it. Killing yourself is not an option."

Sanele said: "TNS my brother we just lost Ricky Rick and now you're threatening to kill yourself. This is painful and shocking to us, please don't do it."

Lungelo said: "If this is a joke please don't joke around like that. It's a sensitive matter. Do not allow those thoughts, do not even joke around them because they can gradually grow into something very serious."

TNS told Daily Sun that he was not joking. "I am perfectly fine but I am angry at our government. For two years we haven't been able to work. Clearly, they want us to die and we're going to kill ourselves. I'm going to release one more song titled Kubi then I'll be out. I'd rather be dead than face the hardships. I've suffered enough and I can't take it anymore," said TNS.

He said he does not need any counseling.

"No matter of counseling or begging or convincing will help. I just want the country to go back to normal if not then I am prepared to be the sacrifice of the industry. I'm already hearing voices in my head, the spirits are constantly talking to me and this is it for me."

He said he still cares about his son." I care a lot about my son but it's no use if I can't provide for him. I'm already dead inside," he said.
