Faith Nketsi: Don't ask me about my husband!

REALITY TV personality Faith Nketsi says it is not fair for her to answer for her husband, Nzuzo Njilo’s drama.

In an exclusive video from her MTV show Have Faith, she is seen talking to her mum, Linky Modise, about Nzuzo’s alleged arrest and allegations of fraud.

Linky had asked Faith if he was fine.

“My son-in-law; is he okay? I’m worried because there are rumours that he has been arrested. They are talking about fraud,” she said.

Faith responded: “He is fine, but it’s not fair that I should be answering to questions about his work because before I was involved, nobody cared. If someone has been arrested and is in jail, don’t you think I would know about it?”

Faith and Nzuzo have been trending on social media in the past months, with people claiming that they were broke.

However, Faith (27) told Daily Sun that nothing said online about her was true.

“I know what’s going on and I’m okay with it.

“It would be a different situation if what was being said was actually true and it were my reality,” she said.

She said because she is private about her marriage, people are assuming things that aren’t there. “They speculate, and that’s how gossip and rumours spread.”

“This is the career path I chose and these are the consequences and the downside of being a public figure. It’s not always nice. I’ve been in the industry for a long time and I’ve become immune to things that are said about me on social media. I stay true to myself because I know my truth.”

Faith, who welcomed her baby girl Sky Njilo three weeks ago, said she was going to be the best mum she could possibly be.

The fourth season of her show, Have Faith, just launched on MTV (DStv channel 130) and she said people can expect drama.

It airs every Monday at 9.30pm.

“But in this season, people can expect everything from the gender reveal, how I handled my pregnancy, family dynamics, my lobola negotiations and more,” she said.

“We’ll be talking about everything that’s been happening on social media that I haven’t addressed. I’ll definitely address those on the show.”
