DEEP House DJ and model Bohlale Mokalapa was born a star.
The 20-year-old artist said she always knew that she was born to be in the entertainment space.
Known by her fans as Bohlale M, she shared that she developed an interest in music and modelling from as early as five years old.
“I started my journey when I was five by competing to be Miss Ntataise Creche,” she said.
And since then, Bohlale M from Ga-Masemola, Limpopo, has never looked back.
“I won a lot of titles from then, including Miss Sikos Corner second Princess, Face of Thabampse first Princess, as well as Face of Scene 2 Lounge. And no one inspired me – I was just born for this,” she said.

Bohlale M also grew up with such great passion for music that she’d often entertain people at school.
“I always knew that my dreams were valid. All I needed was a start, which I eventually got,” she said.
She said that she released a mixtape last month, and is now working on producing an EP. She’s looking forward to making more music in the future.
“I’ve worked with Ando Music, and that was amazing and motivating,” she said.
Bohlale M said she’d like to work with Sculpturedmusic and Chymamusique, because they inspire her to put in more work and never give up.
