VRYBURG’S very own daughter Dineo Moseki, better known as Diamara, is making her mark with her first Afro pop single titled Nna Ke Mang.

Her single was released in November. Diamara, who is not new in the music industry after being a finalist in the Idols SA season 11, continued to pursue her dreams to be a recording artist. The singer, who was eliminated in the top seven leg of the competition, is now ready to cement her place in the industry. This is after months of being in studio recording her upcoming debut album.

Speaking about her first single, she said: “The song is a reflection of my life journey as an up-and-coming artist, having freedom of expression and accepting who I have become since I pursued my dreams.

“When I participated in Idols then, I was Dineo, but today I’m Diamara.

“This shows that we need to be patient and believe in ourselves,” she said.

She told SunBuzz that her single also seeks to motivate and encourage everyone not to give up or give in no matter what they face.

Next month, she will continue to embrace her supporters in Klerksdorp with her music at the Amahubo and Friends Live Tour – The Love Edition at Klerksdorp Auditorium Hall.
