RADIO and TV presenter Relebogile Mabotja has shown some gratitude towards the healthcare system.
This after her son was admitted to hospital a year ago, ending up having surgery to repair a hernia.
This is a condition in which part of an organ is displaced and protrudes through the wall of the cavity containing it (often involving the intestine at a weak point in the abdominal wall).

The 36-year-old shared on Instagram on Friday, 21 October, that it was heartbreaking to see her baby in a hospital bed.
Relebogile wrote: “Exactly a year ago, my five-month-old went in for his first surgery to repair a hernia. I was petrified but the paediatric surgeon, medical team and nurses took amazing care of us.”
The presenter said she still could not believe how quickly her son had healed.
“My resilient little baby boy @themotlotlegi, watching you do this life thing has truly been the greatest gift and continuous life class I could ask for love,” she added.
Relebogile said she was grateful that her baby was now grown up and cute.
Taking to the comments section, Minnie Dlamini wrote: “Heartbreaking when this happens. But look at you guys now mama.”
Then Ongezwa Chiloane nurse practitioner commented: “He was not pleased with me giving him pain medication, Lebo.”
