TV PRESENTER and radio host Relebogile Mabotja has lost her gogo.

The 36-year-old presenter and YouTuber shared the sad news on Instagram on Tuesday, 9 August.

The Joburg-based presenter shared a heartbreaking story of how sad it was to lose her loved one.

Relebogile said even though it is painful, she’s grateful for all the lessons she had learnt from her gogo.

Relebogile wrote: “Few are blessed with time. You were given 104 years and blessed us with them.”

Relebogile said she was also happy that her son Motlotlegi met her before she died.

“My son’s name sake... Re a leboa ka nnete. Okaeng! Praise God,” she wrote.

The presenter also thanked her for the love she showed her.

“Thank you for a full, long, loving life,” she said.

Relebogile said she must continue to rest in eternal peace wherever she is now.

“Rest in peace, Nkgomo,” she said.

When the SunTeam contacted the presenter, she said she wasn’t available for interviews.

People have shared messages of condolences.

Gospel singer Brenda Mtambo said she was deeply sorry for her loss.

“Rest in peace, gogo. What a blessing to you guys,” Zikhona said.

Bucie Nkosi said Relebogile was blessed to have had her in her life.

“Oooh what a blessing you had love. I am sure you laughed every day and had great times with your granny. May God comfort you and your family,” she said.

Lesego said may her beautiful soul rest in peace.
