NEVER one to miss a beloved celebrity's funeral, Rasta, was at Alex "Goldfingers" Shakoane's funeral service, where he delivered one of his signature portraits.
He painted outside the Assemblies of God Church in Mamelodi, Tshwane, where Shakoane's funeral services was held on Tuesday, 16 May.
Mamelodi Sundowns supporters even took selfies with the famous artist.
Rasta, whose real name is Lebani Sereje, is known for painting portraits of dearly departed celebrities and public figures.
He has painted celebrities such as Hugh Masekela, HHP, Winnie Mandela, Joe Mafela, Prokid, Beyonce, Jay-Z, as well as President Cyril Ramaphosa.

Rasta told Daily Sun he felt Shakoane's funeral deserved his presence.
“I am here today to pay tribute to Sir Alex Shakoane. I am a Kaizer Chiefs fan, but I always saw ntate Alex at the stadium with the supporters,” he said.
He said he was honoured to be part of those saying their final goodbyes to Shakoane.
“I've always wanted to meet him, but I couldn’t. Hearing all the speakers talk about him really means he was a good man,” he said.
