MAKOSANDILE “Boyz” Mpunzi, who is a presenter on Tru FM, has officially won the #Buga challenge on TikTok.

The bubbly radioman took a video of himself dancing to the Nigerian hit by Kizz Daniel and Tekno. And in five days, the video hit 1,2 million views.

The #Buga challenge has taken social media streets around the world by storm, with users dancing to the song. However, Boyz clearly won people’s hearts on TikTok.

The video was a hit from when it dropped last week, with people telling him that he was a free spirit and they liked how happy he was. Some said he brought a smile to their faces.

Emma Chitekwere commented: “I was angry but after seeing this video, I can’t stop laughing.”

Another user Mashudu Tshik said Boyz had made her morning.

“You made me smile too this morning,” she wrote.

Jalloh Fb added: “The confidence is what I adore the most. Bless you, brother.”

Celebrating the milestone, Boyz took to Twitter to share that the video had reached a million views.
