RADIO presenter Karabo Peter is finally living her dream on her favourite radio station.
The presenter from Bloemfontein in the Free State told Daily Sun that she will be growing her brand from this chapter.
The 22-year-old said she recently joined VOW FM when she moved to Joburg to do her honours in media studies at Wits University.
“My first day was on Wednesday, 5 March,” she said.
Karabo said this is her first time being on the 88.1 frequency on a show called SportsHub.

The presenter said she will be covering sports updates, reporting on matches, upcoming fixtures, and everything else that listeners need to know about the world of sports.
"I have been off-air for two months. I feel so refreshed and ready to embark on this new radio season," she said.
The presenter said getting the call back from VOW FM was everything.
"There were so many talented people at the auditions. I’m grateful that I was chosen to be part of the station,” she said.
Karabo said she is very fortunate to have the opportunity to learn from such an esteemed radio station.
"Before moving to Joburg, I was in Bloemfontein studying journalism at the University of Free State, but I was working at CUT FM. I did a weekday breakfast show called the Bozza Breakfast Show,” she said.
Karabo said this is also where she used the opportunity to write sports stories on her blog.
"Even though I came to VOW FM with a background in radio, I told myself I’m using this opportunity to discover new aspects within this line of work,” she said.
The presenter said her plans for 2023 include finishing her degree.
"It’s not only that but to continue to use the radio space to grow as a journalist," she said.
