MEDIA personality Tbo Touch is now into the property business and sells luxurious houses through his company, Touch Mansions Properties, which launched on Thursday, 8 June.
The 42-year-old, whose real name is Thabo Molefe, told Daily Sun this has always been his lifelong dream and he views it as a form of therapy.
"I grew up moving around a lot and I remember the first time I bought a house I cried. Since that day, I wanted to help others experience that same state of perpetual gratitude," he said.
Tbo Touch also launched the company website on Thursday, which he believes will enable buyers to effortlessly attain the luxurious mansions they have always desired right at their fingertips.
He said his motivation for creating the website comes from his early exposure to various house shows since the age of 17, adding that he and his team were driven by the desire to bring the idea of luxury real estate to the public.

"It means so much more to me than just affordability and age. What's in store for me? For me, this journey is more than selling houses. I started this business to challenge the stringent requirements banks impose on people with historical financial, or credit records, especially those who've lost credibility because of the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic," Tbo Touch said.
He said that banks are run by humans and not every home application is identical.
"So, we must be flexible in how we asses each home loan application. I believe with the quality of relationships we have with banks and other financial institutions, we can help most of our people," he said.
Tbo Touch emphasised that Touch Mansions Properties is a company committed to revolutionising the industry's highest standard.
