A SOUTH African promoter wants the courts to stop American singer Bebe Winans from leaving the country on Tuesday, 19 December because he allegedly owes him. 

Sabata Lechema claims that he paid the It All Comes Down to Love singer R2,9 million ($156 500) in 2019 after approaching him for concerts here in Mzansi.  

He was allegedly booked to perform on 18, 20 and 21 March 2020 in Joburg and Durban but unfortunately Covid-19 hit, and he couldn’t perform anymore.
