PEOPLE find his TikTok videos hilarious, but he’s just being himself and sharing his life experiences.
With the funny videos he posts on social media, Atlegang Songo is one of the most-loved comedians in Tshwane and on social media streets.
The 22-year-old, who’s known as Papi Nicetingz, is from Soshanguve, Tshwane.
He started making waves after posting a hilarious three-way video call with his besties, Chomi and Palesa.
In the video, he portrays three friends from Tshwane talking about their plans to groove.
In most of his videos, the characters talk about how broke they are and that they haven’t received their R350 social grants.
Other times, they talk about how their men have hurt them.

In the videos, Papi Nicetingz is usually dressed in different gowns and doeks to portray the different characters.
He said that he is using his life experiences as an inspiration.
“For instance, the funny three-way video call where one girl is complaining to her friends about them tagging her in their posts is based on one of my real-life friend’s experiences.
“I was with her one day when she told me about being tagged in such posts and that’s when I thought to myself: ‘Hey, this could do well as a funny skit’,” he said.
Papi Nicetingz said acting isn’t something he’s always passionate about.
“Ever since I started making skits, acting started calling my name.
“I had always wanted to be a public figure, but acting was not in my books.
“Being a TV and radio host is what I wanted for myself,” he said.

With over a million views on TikTok, Papi Nicetingz said his fans’ love keeps him going.
“It took me time to realise that I’m gifted and that the world is meant to see this,” he said.
He said he would like to be on TV in the future.
“I want to be an actor and a presenter, but I am focusing on one thing at a time.
“I can’t wait to have my first onscreen performance,” said Papi Nicetingz.
