A NEW character is about to shake up the world of KwaMashu on Uzalo.
Actor Buyile Mdladla is set to join the SABC1 show.
The former Gomora actor will portray Mthambisi Phakathi a.k.a Putin, who will be Nkunzi’s arch nemesis.
Announcing the new character, the show said he will make his debut in three weeks.

It said Buyile will play the role of a self-absorbed wealthy man who will not let the word “no” get in his way.
He has his eyes set on Nkunzi’s woman, Gabisile, played by Baby Cele. This puts him on Nkunzi’s raider.
“Mthambisi enters the world under the false pretence of being the owner of a massive media company. Unbeknown to all, his sole aim is to shake up KwaMashu by all means necessary,” the show wrote.
