MALCOM X and three police officials' corruption case has been postponed again.
The businessman and the officers will be in court again on 20 February 2024.
The matter was postponed for further investigation.
This after they made a brief appearance in the Alexandra Magistrates Court on Thursday, 23 November.
The self-proclaimed philanthropist Malcolm X (57) and three officers Desmond Campbell Kekana (52), James Mpho Sekhaolela (45), and Raymond Mphuwa Mokaile (38) are facing two counts of corruption, alternatively, and extortion.
On 26 October, during their first court appearance, they were all granted R10 000 bail each.
They're accused of having participated in corrupt activities when they solicited gratification amounting to R580 000.
According to the police statement, this was for a complainant to avoid arrest. During the court proceedings, the accused pleaded not guilty to all charges.

The accused also argued that they needed bail because they have families and children to feed and mentioned that they were the sole providers of their families.
After granting them bail, the court said the accused must not interfere with any witnesses or the complainant's family.
They must continue to honour their bail conditions as their case is still on.
The accused were told to report to their nearest police stations every week.
Malcolm X told Daily Sun that his defence lawyer didn't want them to talk to the media.
He said they're not allowed to share anything for now.
"I can't say much for now. We were told not to say anything to anyone."
