MAJOR League DJz shared an emotional message on their timeline on Monday, 23 May in remembrance of their late industry friend Rikhado Makhado, better known as Riky Rick.

The rapper died in February this year in an alleged suicide at his home in Joburg. He was 34 years old.

The tweet read: “It has been 3 months since your passing bro. We still feel your presence even though you are not around anymore.”

The duo, whose real names are Banele and Bandile Mbere, worked with the award-winning rapper on their smash hit titled Slyza Tsotsi in 2015. They also worked alongside Cassper Nyovest, Okmalumkoolkat and Carpo.

The artists said they wanted Riky Rick continue guiding them through their music journey.

“May you still continue to guide us through this amazing journey of ours,” they wrote.

The duo shared that they still miss Riky Rick so much.

“Boss Zonke forever,” they said.
