DJ AND vocalist, Thandoluhle "LoveLuhle" Khuzwayo, is moving up in the music industry.

The 21-year-old from Pietermaritzburg, KZN started her career as a music video vixen and later became a vocalist. She is now a professional DJ and an event organiser.

After releasing her debut gqom single Akvele Kyiwe in 2021, she decided to study deejaying to become a professional DJ.

She told Daily Sun she recently graduated from Fanotainment DJ and Music Production Academy and is now taking bookings as a DJ.

“I love being a musician and being a DJ. I’m a versatile vocalist. I love to DJ Afro-house and Afro-tech,” she said.

LoveLuhle said she is getting more bookings in her kasi while she also hosts events and shares the stage with other up-and-coming DJs.

“I’m still hoping to get a booking outside Pietermaritzburg, but I see that many people are still hesitant about my talent because I’m still young.

“I have hosted many successful events and I plan to host another one at Umthunzi Car Wash and Shisanyama on Saturday, 30 September,” she said.

For now, her focus is on being a DJ, but she plans to release her debut album before the end of the year.

“I want to make it my signature that I’m a gqom vocalist and Afro-house\Afro-tech DJ,” she said
