AFTER she suffered a stroke, her speech was affected and that raised a lot of worries about her music career.

But it looks like singer Lira is recovering well and ready to wow music fans again.

This is because she recently announced on Instagram that she is back to music.

Born Lerato Molapo, she suffered a stroke when she was in Germany in April.

She returned to Mzansi for treatment.

On the video she posted on Instagram, she’s seen rehearsing and clapping hands with a group of singers.

However, the Feel Good singer revealed that her speech is still not perfect.

“During rehearsal of Return to Me featuring @mycsoweto. Speech challenging but I can still sing,” she wrote.

The industry celebs congratulated her for her recovery while others thanked God for saving her life.

TV personality Minenhle Dlamini commented: “My queen, soooo happy for you.”

Actress Thembisa Mdoda said: “So good to see you back at it. God is so good, my sis. Love you loads.”

Singer and reality show star Kelly Khumalo commented: “This makes me so happy. Father thank you. Thank you for showing up for her and I know you will continue to show up until she’s fully recovered.”
