Madala ‘Bafo’ Kunene who will be honoured by the Playhouse.

LEGENDARY musician Madala "Bafo" Kunene will be honoured.

The Playhouse will honour him with a concert, titled Dr Madala Kunene Honorary Concert. It will be held at the Durban Playhouse on Friday, 29 September.

The 76-year-old musician from KwaMashu, north of Durban, said he's happy to be honoured while he is still alive.
