INFLUENCER Kefilwe Mabote is tired of people saying she was made by the men she’s dated before.
So, she decided to set the record straight.
Kefi boo, as she’s popularly known, posted a thread on Instagram saying the men she’s dated have been talking badly about her. She said they’ve been saying she’s a gold digger and she abandons them when things get tough, but that’s not true.
“Once in a while you need to set the record straight. And I will do so, and once only! My brand was never made or built by a man. All the men I have previously dated humiliated me to the point of no return.
“Some even went to the extent of taking all the bags and clothes they bought for me to see if I’m strong enough to do it without them. Some even took the cars and gifts back but even this has never stopped me from bouncing back,” she wrote.

“So, let’s get one thing clear here. No man made Kefilwe Mabote. I built my brand from scratch, starting from point zero even though everyone thought I had it all,” she continued.
Kefilwe said she has even supported the men she’s dated financially.
“I would even support these ‘so-called men’ using my hard-earned money to contribute towards their livelihood and taking care of their families, yet now these same individuals have their sheer audacity to talk filth about me behind my back, gossiping that ‘I didn’t stick around when things got tough’. The sheer nerve to say such about me behind my back is something that will never cease to amaze me,” she wrote in another story.
She said she does not need a man.
“So, let it be known that I am my own woman who is fiercely independent. I do not need a man to come build me. I’m not a project and if I want to be with a successful man who knows his worth, it is because I know what I bring to the table,” she wrote.
