GQOM queen Babes Wodumo is being accused of using the song, Mshini Wemali, which is allegedly owned by AmaChillaz.

Bongokuhle "Botho" Ngcobo told Daily Sun he and his friend, Sihle "Stuh" Ngcobo composed the song, but the music producer Spha "Maphara" Shongwe took it and gave it to Babes Wodumo.

Botho said: “Last month, we asked Maphara to record this song for us and we agreed on a fee of R1 000, which included mixing, mastering and recording.
