GQOM Queen, Bongekile "Babes Wodumo" is not dead.
Babes Wodumo and her sister-manager, Nondumiso Simelane, assured fans on Facebook that she is fine and alive.
This assurance came after a fake account under Bongeka Queen’s name spread the news on social media that Babes Wodumo is dead.
The fake message read: “Rest in peace Wodumo.”
Babes has dismissed the message, writing: “Guys, I’m well and alive. Someone wants me dead and is spreading a rumour that I'm dead. Guys, I can assure you that I am well and alive.”
Her supporters sympathised with her and said she has a lot to live for.
UNaathie Nutty Lumko comforted her and said: “We love you Babes. They know that no one will replace you, so they are just scared. We still need you and God will keep you safe and protect you. You still have a lot to achieve. KZN loves you.”
