Gospel musician Mxolisi Mbethe was attacked outside Valley of Praise Christian Church in Daveyton, Ekurhuleni.

AWARD-WINNING gospel musician Mxolisi Mbethe has survived gunshots.  

The incident happened on Friday night, 12 May outside Valley of Praise Christian Church in Daveyton, Ekurhuleni. 

His manager, Sbusiso Ewart Zulu, said they arrived at the venue driving a Toyota Hilux, and Mbethe was sitting next to the driver in the passenger’s seat.
