SHE recently broke the hearts of many viewers when she left Uzalo and disappeared on TV.
However, Nompilo Maphumulo has bounced back on the small screens to shake things up.
The actress from Durban, who played the role of Nosipho on Uzalo, has joined Generations: The Legacy.
Nompilo left Uzalo after eight years, and she was one of the few remaining cast members who started with the show in 2015.
Generations: The Legacy publicity and social media manager, Christopher Morris, confirmed that Nompilo had joined their cast and is already well into delivering her usual powerful performances.
“Nompilo is a well-established artist who has starred on Uzalo as well as theatrical productions such as Sugar Daddies, The Weeping Castle, Madame President, and The Legend Will Never Die.
“Apart from showcasing her skills as an actress, Nompilo is a well-rounded individual who is involved in philanthropic efforts, raising two beautiful children and dancing when she can,” Christopher said.
