FORMER Black Motion member, Bongani ''Morda" Mohosana had his followers worried when he seen crying during his performance.

On Tuesday, 23 May, social media was abuzz as people started guessing why he was crying. In a circulating video clip, he can be seen with tears running down his cheeks. He later turns away from the happy crowd to continue crying before returning.

Pfnzoo said: "He missed Black Motion, but he chose marriage over his career and music partner (Thabo 'Smol' Mabogwane)."

Fikiswa Zinhle wrote: "Growth is beautiful and scary at the same time. His is currently winning in life but can’t celebrate with those he started with. Growth was needed but separation was definitely not necessary at the same time Black Motion has to carry on as well."

Travel Guy said: "It’s the second time I’m seeing him cry as he plays this song on his set. I think it’s a reminder of Black Motion to him, and it definitely hurts to have left a part of what made him who he is. Such is life, we all have something that hurts when we recall it."

Daily Sun also tried to reach him, but there was no response.

Nozibusiso Nyawose, a clinical psychologist, said: “I wouldn’t say it’s normal or not normal, but music has an emotional effect on most people, certain songs touch people in a certain way. In this case, it would be difficult to know exactly what he was going through, but he was definitely emotional. It could be that the music he was playing at that particular moment took him to a good space or a bad space. It could be that certain emotions were evoked that made him cry. It is also possible that the song he was playing had a therapeutic effect on him. The only way to know for sure is if he talks about it.”
