In the photos, she is half-naked and an artificial snake is curled around her body with its mouth wide open on top of her head.

Her industry friends complimented her for serving good Instagram content.

But her fans were obviously shocked and uncomfortable. They wanted to know what inspired the look.

Just a few months ago Sithelo and her baby daddy, Andile Mpisane, hogged headlines for all the wrong reasons. Their fight saw them heading to courts.
But it seems Sthelo has turned all of that negativity into her strength. She recently went for liposuction and Brazilian butt lift.
