UMAMA Owangizalayo hitmaker DaMabusa believes when it's your time, it's your time.
The 27-year-old Afro-soul singer, whose real name is Johan Sithebe, is overwhelmed after his song hit more than two million views on YouTube.
He told Daily Sun he now wants to inspire others with his music.
The musician from KwaMhlanga in Mpumalanga said he wants his achievements to make others work harder towards their dreams.
DaMabusa, who was inspired by the award-winning TV and radio presenter Zola 7, said he started his music career in 2007.
He got his big break after the release of his hit single Umama Owangizalayo in 2022. The song was certified gold status for its music video and its audio.
He then released his album titled Izipho, which featured the likes of Mduduzi Ncube, Sdala B, Nolly M, SeeZus and Lungelo Hlongwane.
