THE owner and founder of Basadi Cleaners, McMillan Themba Masoka, has tragically passed away.
His family announced his death on social media on Wednesday, 10 April.
According to the family, the 42-year-old actor and TV executive producer died on Sunday, 7 April, after he got involved in a car accident.
“It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the sudden and tragic passing of our beloved Son and Brother, McMillan Themba Masoka. He unfortunately met his sunset in a tragic car accident on Sunday, 7 April 2024, along the N3 in Van Reenen,” they said in a statement.

They said McMillan's untimely departure left a profound void in their lives and the hearts of all who knew him.
“He will be fondly remembered as a dedicated enabler in business, someone who consistently extended himself to ensure the well-being of others, as well as a fond lover of his children,” they said.
The family said they wish to express their heartfelt gratitude for the support and condolences offered to them during this difficult time.
“Your kindness has been a source of comfort as we navigate through our grief, may you continue to keep us in your prayers,” they said.
Mcmillan was a selfless man who always put others first. He opened doors for many people.
He was a leader and a great entrepreneur. He spoke about his life whenever he got time on Facebook.
