DBN Gogo, Nomfundo Moh and Pabi Cooper are leading the pack with three nominations each for the Basadi in Music Awards (Bima).
Nominees were announced by radio presenter Dineo Ranaka on social media on Wednesday, 6 July.
The awards are aimed at elevating and appreciating female talent in the entertainment industry.
Amapiano’s leading lady DBN Gogo has been nominated for Artist of the Year, DJ of the Year and Song of the Year for Bambelela.
Pabi earned nods for Sampra Amapiano Artist of the Year, Artist of the Year and Song of the Year for Banyana ke Bafana.
Nomfundo has been nominated for Kaya 959 Afro-pop Artist of the Year, Artist of the Year and Song of the Year for Phakade Lami while SunGirl Doreen Molefe also scored a nomination for Entertainment Journalist of the Year.

Hloni Modise, founder and CEO of the awards, congratulated all nominees.
