TV personality and producer Andile Ncube is back at the public broadcasting corporation as a presenter after leaving for some time.

Through his Instagram page, the 40-year-old announced that he had landed a new presenting gig at the SABC.

He will be hosting a sport show titled Sports Night Amplified With Andile Ncube, that will air on weekdays from 6pm to 7pm on Metro FM.

Andile wrote: “Excited to announce that Africa’s biggest show has a new host. Join me tonight as we launch Sports Night Amplified with Andile Ncube on Metro FM.”

He added that it had been a while since he stopped doing what he loved.

Andile is best known for hosting SABC1 music show Live, that was later changed to Live AMP. He joined the industry in the early 2000s, where he made a name for himself as an actor and presenter.

He went on to host big shows such as X-Factor South Africa and starred on Netflix’s Young, Famous & African.

He is also a musician, and once gave his fans a song titled Song For You. It topped charts and saw him performing across the country.
