"ENOUGH is enough!"
These were the words of Afro-soul singer and songwriter Quinton Nyaku, who wants officials to fight drugs in South African communities.
The 29-year-old from Ivory Park in Tembisa, Ekurhuleni said it seems the officials don't see how drugs and alcohol are ruining lives.
Quinton said drugs are finishing young talents in the country.
He told Daily Sun he's now celebrated for his work but wants leaders to be part of the change.
"I'm very excited about the single called Amaqhawe, where I've featured Hlokwa wa Afrika. The song was released on 7 October 2022," he said.
Quinton said he was inspired to write the song because it seemed no one cared or was making an effort to fight nyaope.

He said even the government is not taking any further steps on this substance, and action is urgently needed.
"Therefore, we had to take a step. We say enough is enough!" he said.
Quinton was inspired by Zonke Dikana and Nakhani Toure.
He said he started learning and understanding music at Eqinisweni Secondary High School, adding that this is where he did the music for the Royal School of Arts.
"I'm blessed to work with my brother Hlokwa wa Afrika, a DJ and dope producer.
"Our first single, Somayah, is making waves all over the country and abroad.
"I'd like to work with Black Motion, DJ Zinhle, as well as Zakes Bantwini.
"This is because they're not far away from the type of sound I am making, and they are an inspiration," he said.
