ACTRESS Masasa Mbangeni has appealed to South Africans to be gentle with her and not question her weight gain.
In her tweet, she said she lost relatives, friends and jobs during lockdown but gained weight.
She wrote: “Please be gentle with us who gained weight over the global pandemic. We were losing family, losing friends, losing jobs. Weight was the only gain. Please be gentle. I remember the first wave I lost a family member every month. Literally. Please be gentle.”
