Actor Innocent breaks silence on drug addiction!

ACTOR Innocent “Bobo” Masuku is grateful to the people of Mzansi for giving him a second chance.

During an interview on the Podcast and Chill with MacG and Sol Phenduka, he shared with his followers on Twitter that he was grateful for another chance to revive his career.

This, as the 42-year-old recently came back from a rehabilitation centre to fight drug addiction.

“Mzansi, thank you for giving me another chance. I hope you watched and learnt something from my interview on @podcastwithmacg today. To my agent @ProHeed, thanks a lot for believing in me,” he wrote.

Innocent also shared a video, urging young people to stay away from drugs as they were not good for them. And his fans wished him well on his new chapter.

“Wishing you nothing but blessings going forward. Continue helping clean the drug-infested streets of SA. Our brothers and sisters need inspirational stories like yours. You were amazing on the podcast,” commented Princess Ludidi.

Then Jongilizwe added: “We love you Innocent. We will keep on supporting you and can’t wait for you to return to our screens.”

Sandile wrote: “I wish you well, mfana. You deserve endless chances in life.”

Innocent is best known for his roles as Bobo on Yizo Yizo, and Baksteen on Tshisa.
