WHEN we talk about tomatoes, the debate is always centred around whether they are classified as fruit or vegetables.

While many food experts have different opinions, the focus shifts to health benefits that come with tomatoes.

And, a lot has been said about the relationship between tomatoes and the 4-5 size.

A recent report has shown that they are one of the best foods for a 4-5.

According to the Metro, red fruits and vegetables such as tomatoes, watermelon and strawberry contain lycopene – an antioxidant that can have beneficial effects on your body, including your 4-5.

According to a study in the journal Cancer Epidemiology, Biomarkers and Prevention, men who eat tomatoes or meals that contain this vegetable 10 times per week are 18% less likely to develop prostate cancer. This is due to the lycopene warding off toxins that could cause cell damage.

Furthermore, research has revealed that the antioxidant can potentially prevent tumours from growing for people who have prostate or breast cancer.

The report also adds that the antioxidant can help improve blood flow and as a result, give men a stronger erection.

Fertility urologist Dr Paul Turek adds that lycopene is one of, if not, the most powerful of nature’s antioxidants. It is thought that the oxidants underlie much of male infertility and prostate cancer, and we also know that antioxidants are good for blood vessels in both the heart and 4-5.

Lastly, according to Healthline magazine, one study found that 44% of men with infertility also noted that drinking tomato juice for 12 weeks was associated with healthier semen and increased sperm motility.
