SEX BUCKET LIST FOR 2022!

Sex bucket....
Sex bucket....

THE year 2022 is already up and running, and many of us have a lot of goals and ambitions for the new year.

We also have a lot of bucket lists.

From holidays to goal-setting, bucket lists are how we creatively keep ourselves accountable for the things we promised ourselves we’d achieve.

A bucket list we tend to neglect or overlook is the sex bucket list.

According to clinical psychologist and certified sex therapist Janet Brito, sex bucket lists help keep the romance and relationship spicy.

She said drawing up a bucket list should be varied and inclusive in terms of what you both want to achieve sexually in 2022.

Looking for some ideas for your sex bucket list? Then here are some ideas courtesy of Women’s Health magazine:

1. Have Sex All Around The House

Brito suggests taking sex beyond the bedroom. That includes the couch, the kitchen table, and, well, anywhere else you can think of.

2. Bring In a Third Party

Threesomes are a big step and can test the level of maturity of the both of you. Janet suggests you speak about this first and gradually introduce the idea to your sex lives.

3. Have Phone Sex

While you might not be able to see each other as much because of work and social commitments, introducing phone sex can really spice things up in your relationship.

4. Watch Porn Together

Just like choosing which movie to binge on, try to binge on your favourite porn movies. This can really get things steamy and sexy for the relationship.

5. Try Anal Sex

Anal sex can be an acquired taste but it can be something you can try in the bedroom this year. If done correctly, this can be the most satisfying sex position.
