Mohale Motaung and Somizi Mhlongo will be tying the knot soon.  ~

The date has been set.

Sunday Sun can confirm that the much-anticipated wedding of Somizi Mhlongo and Mohale Motaung will take place mid-September.

Somgaga proposed to his lover Mohale during their European tour in Paris, in March this year.

According to sources close to the couple, Somizi has opted for a beach wedding.

Sources say the wedding is likely to take place at Somizi’s beach house in Zimbali, in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.

“So far, his first choice is definitely his holiday home because of its breathtaking view and location the house is in a perfect location, it doesn’t feel like you’re in South Africa when you’re there,” said the source.

Another source said the couple, who have been dubbed “Somhale” by social media, could be smiling all the way to the bank after the wedding, as they’ve been getting offers from different TV channels wanting to feature their wedding exclusively.

The source says the TV deals come with conditions though, which means the venue might change to Cape Town.

“You know Somizi is a businessman. He’s definitely going with the highest bidder,” said the second source. He would want to go the Minnie Dlamini route,” said the source. He actually said it on his reality show. I know he has secured a lucrative TV deal but he won’t divulge , either way they both love Cape Town and they are obsessed with the vineyards.” says the other source.

Another source ays Somizi has been in talks with wedding planner extraordinaire Mizane of Well Seated who has been doing high profile wedding including Minnie’s wedding.said the couple is currently finalising their guest list.

“We all know Mizane does not come cheap and also we know Somizi does not have budget issues he is going all out,” says ,” says the source.

“Of course there is going to be who’s who and crème de la crème of South Africa this is going to be the wedding of the year without a doubt.”

Both Somizi and Mohale could not be reached for comment.
