TWO of Suzuki’s most popular models, the Baleno hatchback and Ignis subcompact, are compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Suzuki upgraded their touchscreen displays to the latetst smartphone multimedia integration system.
The system is now a standard feature on the GLX, bringing the Baleno and Ignis in line with other Suzuki’s other models in the GLX range.
This new system features a seven-inch touchscreen display which allows easy operation thanks to the touch-sensitive screen, active voice commands and the useful steering wheel controls.
The display is also used as the screen for the in-built reverse camera – now standard on both models’ GLX versions.
Suzuki also included its MirrorLink system, which allows many other smartphones to mirror their home screens on to the touchscreen.
Aside from the full smartphone integration, Suzuki’s multimedia system is also fitted with a Bluetooth connection and hands-free speaking kit with relevant steering-wheel controls.
