Porsche is getting ready for the world unveiling of its all-electric car, the Taycan. We've seen the prototypes hit the snow, testing at the Nurburgring and some lucky journalists have already had the chance to do 0-100km/h runs in it.
But before we see the final product. Porsche has released some shots and details of the car's interior. Porsche says that the Taycan's interior design is "Classic design features reinterpreted and brought into the digital age."
Porsche says that they took the less is more approach to this design. But definitely does not apply to the number of screens. There are screens everywhere you look.
The driver's instrument cluster is a 16.8-inch bezel-less screen curved screen. There is no analogue tachometer, this is an all-electric car after all. Then there's a 10.9-inch infotainment screen in the centre, with an optional screen for passengers as seen in the pictures.
But wait there's more. With less is more Porsche only means less physical buttons. So to handle all the airconditioning controls there's another screen, a 8.4-inch touchscreen display with haptic feedback.
