Lexus will be taking the wraps off their new crossover at the Geneva International Motor Show.
The UX was first unveiled in concept form at the Paris Motor Show in 2016. Now the Japanese Luxury Automaker is preparing to unveil the car in production form at GIMS 2018.

The UX will be the smallest SUV offered by Lexus, sitting below the NX. Lexus joins a plethora of other luxury car brands going into the already saturated compact SUV market. The UX will be facing tough competition from the likes of the BMW X1, Audi Q3 and the Mercedes-Benz GLA.
Right now details of the UX are scarce, with nothing but a teaser image and video released right now. Expect the production UX to take on a sober design than the crazy design on the concept. The production will likely kiss goodbye the crazy wide wheel arches, big wheels, oversized grille and the suicide doors. In terms of proportions, the Toyota CH-R is the closest in comparison. The interior will also need to take on a more conventional look.
No word on the drivetrain and pricing. Details will be made available at the unveil which takes place on March 6 in Geneva Switzerland.
