Q: When did you buy your car?
A: I bought it in 2014.
Q: Why did you choose that colour?
A: White is much more visible than other colours. I like it.
Q: Do you have a driver’s license?
A: Yes I do. I got it in 2013.
Q: How often do you get traffic fines?
A: Not often, I have one so far.
Q: How far have you travelled?
A: I’ve been as far as Tzaneen and Phalaborwa in Limpopo, among other places.
Q: Is it your first?
A: No, it’s my third.
Q: Why do you like this one?
A: It’s comfortable, has good fuel economy and is cheap to maintain.
Q:Does it have a pet name?
A: No, maybe it’s time I gave it one.
Q: Have you changed anything on your car?
A: No, it is still standard.
Q: Would you borrow it to someone?
A: No! I don’t think I’ll ever do that.
Q: Is it your dream car?
A: No! The latest Polo GTI is.
Q: Please tell us about other motorists?
A: I think most people like speeding which, in some instances, adds to the road challenges Mzansi has. These include a high accident rate and deaths on our roads.
Motorists should try hard to drive according to the speed limit and avoid drinking and driving.
This could drastically reduce the number of road fatalities on Mzansi roads.
Also, taxi drivers need to improve their road manners.
