Ask yourself: Have you become cynical or critical at work?

Do you drag yourself to work and have trouble getting started?

Are you irritable or impatient with colleagues or clients?

Do you lack the energy to be consistently productive?

Do you lose concentration?

Are you satisfied with achievements?

Are you disillusioned about your job?

Do you use food, drugs or alcohol to feel better?

Have your sleep habits changed?

Do you have headaches, stomach or bowel problems, or other physical complaints?
