THE FACTS
Vuyiswa Stofile from Meredale, south of Joburg, said her car was financed by Standard Bank and she has been paying without fail.
But recently she was contacted by the bank, saying she owed them insurance money.
She had not applied for insurance with them as she had her own. She tried to fix the matter, without success.
WHAT I DID
I spoke to Standard Bank and asked them to assist Vuyiswa.
SOLUTION
Vuyiswa called the SunDefender to say she had received a letter from the bank confirming the insurance cancellation.
