ANDY Mohlala from Ivory Park, Gauteng said he asked the sheriff in Centurion to enforce an arbitration order he had received.
He said the goods the sheriff attached did not cover the whole amount due to him.
But the sheriff didn’t want to go back to the employer’s premises to attach his cars.
WHAT I DID
I told the sheriff about the employer’s extra cars and the urgency of the matter.
SOLUTION
The sheriff said his deputy made attempts to attach the cars.
The sheriff has invited Andy to accompany him to the premises.
The deputy is available from 6.30am.
